Refund and Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No Hassle, 60 Day Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn condition. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Our information is as follows:
*Custom order items and rings that have been sized beyond the stock size (typically stock sizes are 6.5 or 7) are non-returnable unless defective.
Items with the brand name Leslie's carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be issued within 2 business days. The credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
Any item that is the wrong size, defective or damaged may be returned for an exchange. Item will be exchanged for exact same Manufacturer's Part Number (MPN) when possible. In most cases, we will also reimburse your return shipping expense.
*If you are shipping an item over $50, please use a trackable shipping service (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and purchase shipping insurance. We are only responsible for the returned item once it has reached our premises.
*To protect your shipment, do not include the word "jewelry" on any exterior packaging.
